Thank you to all of our volunteers, participants, and riders!

You helped us raise $40,000 again this year and construction is well underway for the Carpentry and Metal Working Shop. More than just buildings, Kamwenge Secondary and Vocational School has become a place of Hope for students and the entire local Kamwenge community.

Looking back to 2007 when the school first opened with help from Partners in Mission - USA, Rev. Canon John Mulindabigwi, founder and director of the school, sent this message:

Looking back where we are coming from as a community, Kamwenge was like a home dark and cold in a freezing winter. In such a gloom and hopelessness, you have been a light that chases away the darkness and cold, creating hope for a bright future. We appreciate you who have held the candle and lit the way for the community.

See you next year!!
